ORDERS

• Orders can be placed online by using the shopping cart function in our website;               
• Telephone orders are also welcome. For orders including printing please send your artwork via email or using the link we provided.
  
• We accept payments via bank deposit, credit card or PayPal. Please note that only Visa and MasterCard are accepted for credit card payments. For bank deposit, please quote your order number when transferring money, and your order will only be released for shipping until all payments are cleared.

DELIVERIES

• At present,  shipment is only within Australia.
• Orders not including print placed before 3pm AEST will receive same day dispatch, the one placed after 3pm will be dispatched the next business day.
• Orders including print are generally dispatched within 3-7 days after payment is cleared and artwork is approved.
• Delivery usually takes approximately 1-3 business days. Buyers will be able to trace the delivery online during the entire shipment with a unique tracking number.
• Buyers have the full responsibility to provide us with the correct delivery address on checkout page before payment. Any changes of address after checkout will not be considered as valid. BUYASIGN is not liable for any delay, losses and/or damage of items due to changes of delivery address after checkout, or mistakes made by buyers. Re-delivery fee will be charged on buyers for item that is undeliverable and/or returned to BUYASIGN due to incorrect delivery address or unsuccessful delivery.
• We mainly use Startrack as our freight service. Estimated delivery times to your area can be viewed below. Please note that these time frames are to be used as a guide only, we are NOT able to stipulate a specific delivery time, deliveries are made between 9am and 5 pm Monday to Friday. Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse and is with the third party courier company we have no control of external issues that may arise, we will do our best to find out as much information as possible regarding your delivery however we will not be held liable if the delivery is late.
