Return Policy

  • It is the responsibility of the Customer/Purchaser to ensure, prior to ordering, that the product they have chosen is entirely suitable for the purpose for which they intend to use it.
  • Returns accepted within 5 days of delivery. We will accept return of merchandise only if in saleable condition. Please check products thoroughly as soon as receipt and ensure that all components and parts you have ordered are included. Returns must be received within 5 business days of approval, and the buyer is liable for the return postage.
  • Refund will be given depends on the payment method being used. Postage and Handling cost may not be refundable if full refund is required. Please choose carefully as refunds for our customized product will not be granted. When we accept a return for change of mind reason, we may charge you a restocking fee of up to 25 percent of the purchase price for the item.
  • On occasion products may been damaged during transport. Seller must be notified immediately. We request that photos of the damaged goods and packaging be provided (if at all possible).We require customer to file a claim for shipping damage within five (5) days after receipt, if we are not notified within this period all damage becomes the customers responsibility.
